If you are not satisfied with your safety shoes, please contact Sales@ussafetygear.com for an RMA number and return address information within 14 days of receipt of product. Item must be returned in unused original condition to be eligible for credit.

Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return or refund or exchange under any circumstances. The item must be returned to the US SafetyGear warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. Return shipping is the obligation of the purchaser and may only be reimbursed under defective item circumstances.

All sales in Ohio are subject to a 6.5% sales tax. All sales in California are subject to specific sales taxes based on zip code which will be calculated at the time of processing and may differ slightly from what is posted at the time of sale.
